Bank transfer

A form of payment for customers who prefer to log in to an online bank on their own, visit a bank branch or a post office. After reserving the ordered goods, the customer receives a bank account number by e-mail to which the appropriate amount should be transferred. Once the payment is credited to the bank account, the order is transferred to the warehouse for preparation of shipment.

Order processing time

All goods are available immediately, in the case of payment by transfer or online payment, we ship within 2 business days after the money is credited to our account. Shipments are carried out by InPost parcel lockers - delivery time depends on the carrier, type of shipment and recipient's address. It usually takes up to 2 business days.
Attention! When paying by online transfer, the time of receiving the package is extended by the time of transfer.

In the case of goods made to order, the delivery time is determined individually.

Delivery costs

The cost depends on the form of payment. The entire order is sent in one shipment and the customer pays one delivery cost.

We charge the following delivery fees:

  • Inpost parcel locker for orders below PLN 600 – fee PLN 18.99
  • InPost parcel locker for orders over PLN 600 – FREE DELIVERY IN POLAND
  • Delivery within Warsaw – FREE

Goods purchased through the Store may be delivered outside Poland, within Europe.

Delivery time

The total order processing time (including delivery) is 2-4 business days - if the product is in stock. In other cases, please contact our store.
